Who we are

Good Enough Farm began in 2013 on Walker Brook road in Danbury, NH. Good Enough Farm strives to cultivate not only outstanding produce, but also a connection to the land we grow on, the environment we live in, and to the community of people who support our farm. We supply our nutrient-dense produce to the community through farmers markets, local restaurants, and local grocers.

Good Enough Farm is committed to educating and training young farmers. In 2024, we began our farm manager training apprenticeship, where a skilled farmer has the opportunity to gain managerial experience and bring their ideas to our fields. In addition, we’re registered with World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) where we find passionate individuals to come work and learn as part of our team. We also welcome school groups and summer camps to experience the beauty of the farm.

How we grow

We farm following the organic standards outlined by the USDA and upheld by the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association. We grow on roughly 3 acres, utilizing outdoor fields, a heated greenhouse, and two high tunnels. We are committed to stewarding our land in ways that promote biodiversity and ecological balance by following no-till practices with the principles of permaculture in mind.

We grow a wide variety of produce, including both vegetables and fruits We’re working to expand our production of culinary herbs and cut flowers. We have an ongoing mission of diversification, with our latest venture being mushroom cultivation.
