What we grow
We grow culinary herbs including parsley, cilantro, thyme, oregano, rosemary, dill, and multiple varieties of basil. Our flower production spans both edible flowers and cut florals.
We raise a diverse array of produce and fruits. We grow a plethora of greens including lettuces, Asian greens, cabbages, chard, spinach, kale, etc. One of our high tunnels is dedicated to a range of specialty tomatoes. We grow beans, potatoes, garlic, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, summer squash, winter squash, and so much more. Our main fruit crops are blueberries, peaches, cherries, and a few varieties of apples.
Beginning in 2025, we’re venturing into mushroom cultivation. We’re diving into production of various strains of oyster mushrooms, grown sustainably on a mixture of straw and coffee grounds. We grow using buckets to limit single-use plastics in our cultivation.
