What we grow
-
Flowers and herbs
We grow culinary herbs including parsley, cilantro, thyme, oregano, rosemary, dill, and multiple varieties of basil. Our flower production spans both edible flowers and cut florals.
-
Produce
We raise a diverse array of produce and fruits. We grow a plethora of greens including lettuces, Asian greens, cabbages, chard, spinach, kale, etc. One of our high tunnels is dedicated to a range of specialty tomatoes. We grow beans, potatoes, garlic, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, summer squash, winter squash, and so much more. Our main fruit crops are blueberries, a few varieties of apples, peaches, and cherries.
-
Mushrooms
Beginning in 2025, we’re venturing into mushroom cultivation. We’re diving into production of various strains of oyster mushrooms, grown sustainably on a mixture of straw and coffee grounds. We grow using buckets to limit single-use plastics in our cultivation.
